Shady Oaks Plants and Produce and Brian Phillips from the Willow Station in Gates, Oregon are coming together May 15th, 2010 to offer you the opportunity to learn willow furniture building. Brian Phillips the "Twig Man" has been creating rustic elegance since 1977. He had a booth at the Lane County Home & Garden show where you may have seen his work! He will be bringing a sample of his furniture to Shady Oaks around April 1st. It will be displayed until the class May 15th. We are very excited to bring a new venue to Shady Oaks and to Cottage Grove.
Registration is required. Registration fee is $30.00. Material fee is $125.00. Your registration fee is applied to the material fee. Make checks payable to the Willow Station. Visa/Master Card is accepted by the Willow Station also on class day. Be sure to contact Shady Oaks by May 10th in order to have supplies on hand the day of the class.
Bring your favorite hammer, hand anvil clippers, kneepads and a sack lunch or eat onsite at the
Garden Cafe'
